Equiv. to iron 20mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 20mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 12mg
Equiv. to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 10mg
Betacarotene 1mg

Directions

Adults, take 1 hard capsule once daily with water, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
